Donation offers
I accept donations for my paintings for the purpose of continuing my painting and sharing them with others. If you are interested in having one of my paintings, select the painting you are interested in and then “Make a Donation Offer”. Fill in the amount in Euro’s that you would like to donate (exclusive of shipping costs). After I receive your donation offer I will review it and you will receive an e-mail with my reply and details.
If you want to donate but do not want to receive a painting, select the painting Donation (no painting) and then “Make a Donation Offer”. Fill in the amount in Euro’s that you would like to donate.
Donation use
Donations are used to cover the costs for the following:
- Painting supplies: paint, varnish, brushes, paper, canvas board, stretched canvas, etc.
- Assistants that help me with opening and mixing paints, finishing and varnishing, cleanup, etc.
- Shipping supplies and help: packaging, labels, packaging and sending paintings, etc.
- Funding for the website: making photo’s, writing and translating text and administration, etc.
- Exhibitions of my paintings: mats, frames, hangers, advertising, etc.
- Visits to artist workshops and events: assistants, transportation, entrance fees, etc .

Donation and shipping payments
You can pay via PayPal or you can with your credit card pay if you don’t have a PayPal account. I also accept direct bank/wire transfers for donations and shipping costs. I will provide banking details via e-mail when your donation offer is accepted.
Shipping rates
All donations are exclusive of shipping costs except for the Acrylic paper small (S) A4. This is because we can ship them by standard post, which we will do free of charge.
You can also choose “Local Pickup” and come pickup the painting. Please contact us before you come to pickup a painting. You will find all contact information in the e-mails we send to you with your donation offer or you can use the Contact form.
For all other paintings we ship them using PostNL, the Dutch postal service. The shipping costs will be included when you make the donation payment.
We use flat rate shipping charges per country and/or region. If you want to add Track & Trace or Insurance, please include the extra amount with your offer and let us know in the “Offer notes”.
If you have ordered multiple paintings and the shipping charges are higher than our flat rates we may need to be in contact with you to amend your donation offer.
We have found that shipping the stretched canvas extra-large (XL) 60 x 80 cm and 75 x 115 cm is very expensive, and would recommend that you pickup the painting rather than have it shipped.If you want it shipped, we will need to let you know what the rate will be.
